  Status of food is stated as ‘Ready’, seconds after the order has been placed. And less than 20sec later, the queue number disappear from the board. But the order Is never received until a good 10-15min later. This is confusing!

  Absolutely unacceptable experience. I visited 20/05/26. I was served cold chips and politely asked an employee if I could have fresh hot ones instead. The chips were taken away and brought back shortly afterwards, but they appeared to be the exact same cold chips returned to me in a bag. I raised the issue again, politely, and after another wait I was given chips that seemed to be a mixture of freshly cooked hot chips and older cold ones. By that point it felt like more effort was being put into avoiding replacing the food properly than simply fixing the problem. What completely ruined the experience was the employee then saying: “If the chips are hot now, you can give me a review.” Asking for a review after handling a complaint this poorly showed a complete lack of professionalism and customer care. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable — if food is served cold, customers should not have to argue to receive a proper replacement. Very disappointing experience, and not somewhere I’d rush back to. So to the employee; there is your review. My order number was 1370. Approx 10:30pm.

  It took 40 minutes for all of my friends to get their food ( i was with 6 other people). The portion that we got for what we paid was ridiculously small. The food was cold. The staff is very friendly but but aside that nothing was really worth the price nor coming to this burger king. Maybe it’s because i’m european but i absolutely don’t recommend this burger king.

  There was a nice young lady that used to work there, I believe her name was Brianna and I was told that she doesn’t work there anymore. Such a shame because she had such dedication to the customers and always had a bright and loving smile. I never saw or heard anyone complain about her customer service and from what I’ve seen recently… well let’s just say it’s a shame she had to leave.

  AVOID! AVOID! I visited this ‘fast food’ establishment at 8.30pm when it was virtually empty, ordered the Wagyu burger Wellington meal and halloumi fries. Waited about 10 minutes in an almost empty restaurant, so one might assume that my meal had to be cooked to order. How wrong I was! The burger was drier than an Ethiopian flip flop, having clearly been waiting for an unsuspecting customer for several hours; it sucked every atom of moisture from my mouth and the taste was utterly utterly dreadful, overpowered by rocket leaves, clearly the work of Satan himself. The fries were cold and the halloumi, again, had been waiting for my appearance for a considerable time, slowly hardening and de-hydrating, drying and curling under a hot lamp until I, like a buxom virgin in a B movie, opened up the bag of doom to be brutally assaulted by the horrors within. I’m still appalled by my stupidity of popping in here to save a few minutes when there is the excellent Honest Burger round the corner. Though, to be frank, even McD’s would have been better than this abomination.
